Mid-Atlantic Regional Development Director
Responsible for the cultivation and solicitation of current and deferred gifts from existing givers and new prospects. The Regional Director’s overall commitment is to build and deepen relationships on behalf of the Ministry, foster positive team cohesiveness, and meet individual and development commitments. This individual manages a specific portfolio of current/prospective major gift prospects for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States, serving the states of Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina and states north and east. The director will be acquainted with 300-400 people, managing a caseload of 150 key relationships made up of individuals, churches, foundation, and other organizations.
Application Operations Manager
The Application Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the application operations team within Precept Ministries to keep the businesses running and operating in an efficient manner, giving the business agility and addressing operational needs quickly. The Application Operations Manager supports and optimizes existing systems and sits on the leadership team of Operations helping drive overall efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the needs of our customers (internal and external) through effective use of technology.
Application Operations Analyst
The primary focus of the Application Operations Analyst is to ensure world class operations of our enterprise applications that support Precept Ministries International’s (PMI) critical business processes. The Application Operations Analyst combines strong technical and functional problem solving skills with a keen business sense to deliver top notch client-focused support. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce.com and NetSuite cloud application integrations, coding, testing, and analyzing application software; support existing business applications; consulting internal stakeholders to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions; and participating in the design and documentation of technical requirements for business applications.
Audio Video Technician
The Audio Video Technician performs audio and video (AV) related tasks including: event setup and tear down, mixing live events, configuring webcasts, editing prerecorded material using Pro Tools and managing equipment maintenance. This individual creates and implements AV policies to meet established goals and objectives of Precept Ministries
Manager of Marketing
The Manager of Marketing oversees a team of professionals responsible for print and digital marketing activities, video production projects, and coordinates all external messaging for Precept Ministries International. The individual is highly experienced and responsible for capturing and disseminating information via web, social, email, print, radio and television to effectively promote and expand the public’s knowledge and awareness of the Precept Inductive Bible Study Method.
Director of Partnerships
The Director of Partnerships is responsible for market development of Precept Bible Study products. Primary responsibilities include developing sales relationships with churches, schools, small groups and ministries across the United States.
Customer Service Representative Part-Time
Assists Customers in receiving and processing orders, inquiries, and donations via the telephone, e-mail, online chat, and other social media and in providing the appropriate information and/or responses. Supports customers in their use of online tools including purchases, website navigation and online training.
