Spiritual Growth Ignites in Eurasia

It took three days of travel by train for Uyghur to reach the Romanian Training Center. It didn’t matter to Uyghur—he would do whatever it took to learn to study God’s Word. 

“God’s plan for His people, the teaching of walking in Christ, taught me how to clearly see the doctrines in the Book of Ephesians. I want to practice everything I studied here and to continue to teach the group I have with Turkmen, Kazakhs, and Russians.”  Uyghur, Kazakhstan

Many are going to great lengths to get trained and to learn to study and teach God’s Word. Increasing numbers of people are experiencing spiritual growth in Eurasia. Recent Precept Training Institutes held at Precept’s Eurasia Training Center have sparked spiritual growth among attendees and participants. A total of 120 students participated in Institutes this session, representing 12 different countries. Those students then led 95 different Precept groups with 1,314 students in attendance through books including Lord, Heal My Hurts, Gospel of John Part 2 Precept Upon Precept, and Ephesians Precept Upon Precept. The 1,314 students of these groups are now prayerfully planning 153 future Precept groups that will host 2,490 students. The Eurasia Training Center was also host for a Precept study camp that focused on sports as well as one for disadvantaged children. These camps have encouraged spiritual growth within the younger generation of Eurasians.

228 Teens Attempt Suicide Every Hour

We all know about the high rates of drug abuse and sexual activity in teens, but did you know that 228 teens attempt suicide every hour?  That’s almost two million teens a year trying to end their own lives!  And it’s not just the “at risk” kids either.  A survey proposed that nearly a third of teens listed in “Who’s Who Among American High School Students” had considered suicide.

There is no question that the enemy has his eye on the younger generation.  Using a barrage of outside influences, he uses any means necessary to steal their hunger for God and attempts to take their lives before they can discover Truth.  So how can a student be a part of this world, without being a “worldly” person?  God’s Word tells us that they must…”RESOLVE.”  Learn More...
