Men’s Conference

David Arthur David serves as Vice President of Content, Teaching and Training at Precept Ministries International.  His journey to this point includes a Bachelors degree from Covenant College and a masters in Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary.  After marrying Margaret in 1987 at First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, SC David worked for IBM several years before becoming a pastor in the Presbyterian Church of America. Later he would be associate pastor at the same church he was married in. David also served the church in his role as Vice President at Generous Giving- teaching the biblical message of generosity.  He is passionate about teaching and encouraging men with God's word through a variety of means including conferences, small group studies and publishing. His most recent publication is Lord, Help Me Grow Spiritually Strong by Harvest House Publishers.  David, his wife and three daughters live on Lookout Mountain just outside Chattanooga, TN.

Brad Bird Vocationally, Brad Bird is the President and Founder of Market Life Ministries and is currently the teaching pastor of Columbia Crossroads Church Downtown.  He received his Bachelor of Science from University of Tennessee and in preparation for a life of ministry, he received his Masters of Divinity from Columbia International University in 1994. Passionately, Brad desires to see believing men thoroughly equipped in the scriptures and unbelievers exposed to the glorious message of salvation in Christ Jesus. He travels throughout the state of South Carolina to accomplish this purpose and calling by taking the Gospel to the marketplace. Being developed by Brad and the Board of Directors of Market Life Ministries is a conference center on the outskirts of Columbia which is a retreat location for the purpose of taking people deeper into God's Word.  He is a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ who considers being a godly husband and father his chief calling in life.  Brad, his wife, Melissa of eighteen years and their four daughters reside outside of Columbia, South Carolina.
