Remote Mid-Atlantic Regional Development Director
Responsible for the cultivation and solicitation of current and deferred gifts from existing givers and new prospects. The Regional Director’s overall commitment is to build and deepen relationships on behalf of the Ministry, foster positive team cohesiveness, and meet individual and development commitments. This individual manages a specific portfolio of current/prospective major gift prospects for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States, serving the states of Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina and states north and east. The director will be acquainted with 300-400 people, managing a caseload of 150 key relationships made up of individuals, churches, foundation, and other organizations.
Partner Relations Associate

For over 45 years, Precept Ministries International has been engaging people in relationship with God through His Word using our inductive Bible study method. We are looking for a Partner Relations Associate (PRA) to add to the growing team of Development professionals who have a passion for coming alongside donors in their ministry of giving.
Your primary role will be to strengthen donor commitment through telephone contact and written communications for a portfolio of approximately 500 mid-level donors. Each day, you will use your exceptional people skills to connect with others who are passionate about God’s Word, informing them of ministry updates as well as prayer and funding needs for the ministry.

Highly creative, talented in-house content producer with a successful track record of compelling, persuasive advertising and content writing. This communicator is able to connect with people through passion for storytelling; able to express in inspirational ways the benefits of studying the Bible and how PMI is changing lives through God’s Word all over the globe. This experienced professional uses creativity and expertise to write and edit compelling, effective copy for marketing, advertising, email and web communications. Responsible for writing extensive promotional text including online content, direct mail newsletters, video scripts, digital and print ads, targeted emails, signage and press releases.
Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing email list segments, creating email marketing campaigns, overseeing search engine marketing and maintaining all digital marketing analytics and key digital performance indicators. Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the incumbent will identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to maximize Precept’s digital strategy.
The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes supporting our Development, Marketing and International departments. Primary responsibilities include executing on the dayto-day configuration, reporting, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce.com analyst.
Web Application Developer
Oversees the day-to-day operation of all Precept Ministries International websites, ensuring that the functionality, navigation, content and overall performance meet the needs of the Precept mission and vision. Works in conjunction with Operations team members to develop and maintain site functionality as directed by management. Develops and optimizes SEO strategy aligning analytics goals with stated objectives.
