Remote Mid-Atlantic Regional Development Director
Responsible for the cultivation and solicitation of current and deferred gifts from existing givers and new prospects. The Regional Director’s overall commitment is to build and deepen relationships on behalf of the Ministry, foster positive team cohesiveness, and meet individual and development commitments. This individual manages a specific portfolio of current/prospective major gift prospects for the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States, serving the states of Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina and states north and east. The director will be acquainted with 300-400 people, managing a caseload of 150 key relationships made up of individuals, churches, foundation, and other organizations.
The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes supporting our Development, Marketing and International departments. Primary responsibilities include executing on the dayto-day configuration, reporting, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce.com analyst.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent service standards to build relationships with our customers and donors. The CSR serves customers by providing product and service information with accuracy and efficiency as well as problem solving to resolve customer complaints.
Social Media Specialist
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing all social media platforms at Precept Ministries International and is driven to strategically amplify the Precept message. Must be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. This role is part of the Marketing team.
Digital & Print Designer
Precept Ministries International is looking for someone who lives and breathes design. We need you to produce engaging designs with high visual impact for both web, electronic and print materials. Are you proficient in HTML/CSS? GOOD. In this role, you should be highly artistic, have a sharp eye for visual detail, passionate about design and be able to work independently and collaboratively with various departments. Your work family is the marketing team.
The Network Administrator is responsible for the overall stability and performance of the company network by analyzing, installing, maintaining, and optimizing network hardware, software and communication links, ultimately ensuring high levels of data quality and availability. They will diagnose, resolve, and document network problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and support when required. They will also assist operational staff with backup and recovery processes and help resolve a wide range of technical customer issues.
Web Application Developer
Oversees the day-to-day operation of all Precept Ministries International websites, ensuring that the functionality, navigation, content and overall performance meet the needs of the Precept mission and vision. Works in conjunction with Operations team members to develop and maintain site functionality as directed by management. Develops and optimizes SEO strategy aligning analytics goals with stated objectives.
